It’s been a longggg time, 108 years to be exact since the Chicago Cubs won the World Series. They of course ended the drought with a champagne campaign and Bill Murray was surely in attendance.
The actor has been a Cubs fan for a long time and joined the team in their locker room getting doused in champagne.
“I knew I was going to cry, I didn’t think it was because I was blind,” said Murray, his eyes red and stinging from the celebratory champagne.
Not only did Murray join in on the celebration, he also did interviews for Fox Sports.
