According to one of Breezy’s neighbors, Chris is “a dumbass, wheely-poppin’ ATV enthusiast” and is causing so much havoc in the streets of LA, riding around on his 4 wheeler. It’s funny because right as Chris passes back around to her, he pops a nice wheelie right in the camera lol. The woman’s commentary is pretty hilarious too:
