38-year-old Michael Dale Vance Jr. was captured on videos from two dashboards having a shootout with troopers. Vance was wanted for murder. One of the troopers, fired dozens of rounds from an automatic rifle through the windshield of his cruiser. The troopers and Vance sped down a rural western Oklahoma roadway.
Vance was wanted for the killings of two relatives and the shootings of three law enforcement officers. He was actually killed during the shootout.
