Kevin Garnett officially retired from basketball before this season started but he isn’t taking much time off away from the game. Last night on TNT, Inside the NBA announced that the big ticket will be joining the show starting next week.

“It’s here,” Garnett says. “This is my next chapter. The NBA on TNT has a special spot just for me. They’re giving me my own space.”

KG seems like he will be a great fit with Shaq, Ernie Johnson, Kenny Smith and Charles Barkley, who are already the most entertaining crew on sports television. They had Garnett on the show last night where jokes were flowing as usual.
This is great for the show and fans as there is no doubt Garnett has a brilliant basketball mind and will always speak exactly what is on his mind and not really care how others feel about it.
