Two Americans sisters were found dead at a resort on the East African Island of Seychelles. The two American sisters, Anne Korkki, 37, of Denver and Robin Korkki, 42, of Chicago were found unresponsive in their hotel room in the resort. An autopsy was performed and the official cause of death is acute pulmonary edema, or fluid in the lungs. More on the story after the jump.

The bodies were found by resort management. Other than that and the autopsy results much information on exactly what happened isn’t being released to the family. This is causing frustration, family members have traveled to the island in hopes of recovering more information and bringing the bodies home. Our hearts go out to their families who are surely hurting right now.
