Fetty Wap is now being sued by a Danish songwriter who claims that ‘Trap Queen’ was his beat. Lazar Lakic says that he had purchased the exclusive rights to a song called ‘Hello’ in 2014 from producer Tony Fadd.
Lakic says Fadd had contacted him back in January 2015 to try and but the rights to ‘Hello’ back but Lakic declined. In Fetty’s defense, his attorney, Navarro Gray, says Fetty legally bought the beat from Fadd and has the contract to prove it. Lakic is now suing for profits from the song and wants to destroy all copies and stop all sales of “Trap Queen” which is most likely not going to happen.
