Finally, a little bit of justice in this crazy imbalance with cops killing innocent civilians!

An NYPD officer has now been charged with second degree murder, after shooting an unarmed black man during a road rage incident while he was NOT on duty on the 4th of July.

In defense of their own, NYPD initially tried to say that Delrawn Small punched Officer Wayne Isaacs through his car window first, which provoked the shooting, but surveillance video later proved that to be a lie. Instead, Isaacs simply walked up to the car and shot Small.

Isaacs has been suspended from the NYPD without pay.
