Kanye West infamously didn’t have a phone for years, but got one once he started dating Kim Kardashian. Now that he’s all settled and married and stuff, apparently he doesn’t feel the need for one any longer, and he’s once again without a device.

“I got rid of my phone so I can have air to create,” Ye tweeted this week. This came just one day after he was photographed backstage at his Atlanta show with a phone in hand, but perhaps he just woke up and ditched it. Also, we assume the tweets came from his Macbook, which is definitely a legit thing.

Wonder how long this will last. He IS a dad, after all. Though he’s always with someone, so it’s probably pretty simple to just call someone on his team and get in touch with him…
