33-year-old Simon O’Kane of Wakefield, Yorkshire tried to recently sell his wife on Ebay. Thats too funny! He listed his wife 27-year-old wife Leandra under the “Vehicle Parts & Accessories” section.
The listing was put as ‘Used Wife.’ The description used to describe Leandra said she has “some good miles left in her” and “[n]ot a bad model for the year.” Leandra responded to the ad saying,
“I was absolutely fuming—I wanted to kill him. Everyone at work saw it and were laughing their heads off. Not only did he put me up for sale but he used such a bad photo.”
Simon came up with the idea after his wife Leandra was “whining” at him after he complained about feeling sick one day. Simon said soon after he said,
“I thought ‘Right, I’m going to put you up for sale,
Before the listing was taking down, the bidding for Simon’s bride reached £65,000. This is too funny.
