Remember how Kodak Black was supposed to be released from prison last week, but then police discovered two more warrants while they were processing his release? Well, one of those is for misdemeanor weed charges in Florida, which shouldn’t be much…but it turns out that the other one is for sexual battery. Yikes!

The Florence County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed to XXL that the charge stems from an incident at a hotel in Florence, South Carolina on or about February 7, 2016.

“You’re going to be held without bond at this time, and those counties will come and pick you up if that’s what they’d like to do,” Judge Michael Davis had told Kodak last week upon discovery of the two warrants. No word on whether the counties will pick him up, but I’d imagine they’d want to look into the sexual battery charge a lot further!

This doesn’t look good…
