If you (and you should) know Consequence, you know he’s Kanye’s man when it comes to “collaborating”. Well he just dropped something worthy of talking about, about ghostwriting for Jay-Z.
Consequence details with Power 106, how it came about and certain Kanye recording sessions they served as pivotal moments in his career:
“One record in particular I was happy about to be a part of was Jay Z’s ‘Encore.’ When me and Kanye (kinda) was on the phone & we actually kinda came up with the chorus back and forth.”
West is listed as the Black Album track’s producer, whilst Consequence has no credit on ‘Encore.’ (hence ghostwriting). What do you think…?
