Usain Bolt is still the fastest man in the world. In fact, he’s so fast, he had time to smile for a picture while finishing a race in less than 10 seconds with his opponents far behind.
Cameron Spener of Getty Images took the photo of the night as he snapped Bolt’s Olympic semifinal run in the 100-meter dash.
Bolt appeared to be slow coming off the block but then he took the last 15 meters of the race to check out his opponents, smile for the camera and pull up to the finish line with the others trailing behind him. He did all that and clocked in with a time of 9.89 seconds.
Bolt went on to win the gold medal for the 100-meter dash finals, becoming the only person to ever win the Olympic race three times. He won the 100-meter dash in 2008, 2012, and now 2016.
The photo from the semifinal, however, was still the focus as the usual social media memes were created.
