Robert Lewis Dear shot and killed three people and ruined nine others at a Planned Parenthood back in 2015. A judge says he is not mentally stable enough to stand trial. Judge Gilbert Martinez says he knew Dear was unfit when he called the judge a ‘filthy animal.’
In Dear’s first court appearance he yelled out,
“I am guilty, there will be no trial, I am a warrior for the babies.”
During a jailhouse interview, Dear said to the Colorado Gazette he was guilty. He said,
“I killed three and saved 3,000 babies.”
A detective who testified in the preliminary report, reported that Dear said no more baby parts” as he was arrested for the murders.
