All of the crazy speculation as to who “Becky with the good hair” is in Beyonce’s song “Sorry”, turns out to be just something made up as the songwriter comes forward.
The two main suspects as to who Beyonce had fans believing Jay-Z cheated on her with, were Rachel Roy and Rita Ora. Well the drama starter (accidental or intended?) Diana Gordon, actually wrote the lyrics for the song and had this to say on it:
“I laughed, like this is so silly. Where are we living?” Gordon said to Entertainment Weekly about the song. “I was like, ‘What day in age from that lyric do you get all of this information? Is it really telling you all that much, accusing people?’”
Doesn’t mean an alleged affair didn’t go down between the ultimate power couple, but it just wasn’t someone referred to as “Becky with the good hair”.
