A Washington D.C. Officer has just been charged with sending information to Isis. This is the first time an officer has been involved in aiding the terror group. Nicholas Young had been with the department since 2003.
If convicted of a crime, he will face up to 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and a lifetime of supervised release. It has been reported that Young sent money to ISIS through a mobile-based gift card. He used an unnamed messaging service the terror group uses for recruiting purposes.
