Remember when former Seahawk Tavaris Jackson pulled a loaded gun on his wife earlier this summer? Well, by the skin of his teeth, he’s off the hook.
According to Florida’s Assistant State Attorney, they don’t have enough evidence to prosecute. Good thing too for Jackson. In the “Stand Your Ground” State of Florida, the max for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon is probably life in prison.
Now, maybe Jackson can concentrate on resigning to a team. After all, that’s what started the feud with his wife, right? SMH…
