The NYPD found themselves investigating a threat that came through on what is suppose to be a police-only radio frequency. The man tried to get under the skin of one specific officer as he spoke on what he was going to do to the officer now that he is out of jail. As of right now, police say they do not see this man as a threat.
First came a call that reported a fake shooting in the Bronx. After that the caller taunted a specific officer saying,
“Remember you put me in jail? I’m out now and I am going to put a bullet in your head.”
The man proceeded to say,
“Remember, captain, I’m coming for you.”
The man did not identify himself by his name of course. The NYPD states that they do not comment on security issues but they are looking into the matter.
