64-year-old Pete Carroll just joined his boy, Seahawks GM, John Schneider with contract extensions over in Seattle for the next 3 years. Carroll is the oldest head coach in the NFL, clearly one of the best, and possibly highest paid.
These two have brought the magic together for the past 6 years, like seriously.
With Carroll and Schneider at the helm, the Seahawks have won 60 regular-season games over the past six years. In the NFC, only the Green Bay Packers have more victories in that span. The Seahawks have reached the Super Bowl twice, winning once (Super Bowl XLVIII), and made the playoffs in five of six seasons.
Let’s see if they can do it again.
