Tonight we get a chance to hear from the mother’s of those who have lost their children to excessive force by police at the DNC. The theme of day two at the DNC is “A lifetime of fighting for children and families.”
The mother’s at the DNC are Gwen Carr, Sybrina Fulton, Maria Hamilton, Wanda Johnson, Lucy McBath, Lezley McSpadden, Cleopatra Pendelton, and Geneva Reed-Veal. The crowd chanted ‘Black Lives Matter’ as the mothers walked on stage. The mother’s spoke on not only the children who they miss dearly but also on endorsing Hillary Clinton.
