Sergeant Steve Wick and his partner of the Houston Police Department helped out a blind and homeless man as they washed his feet and even clipped his toe nails for him.
Wick and the senior officer took the man to a ‘sobering center’ so that he could clean himself up. Wick says he had to have a heart for the man and its good to do things for the community.
