Officer Robert Biddie is now super apologetic after he posted a racist Facebook status. In the status, the man calls black people Monkeys. He claims he meant no harm and that he calls everyone Monkeys.
The officer says his words were taken out of context. The news reporter says the officer even apologized to him plenty of times.
