Last month, a bouncer at Hyde nightclub in Los Angeles alleged that Lil Wayne had punched him in the face when entry to a BET Awards afterparty got a little crazy. After first filing a police report with the LAPD, he’s unsurprisingly lawyered up and is preparing to sue the Young Money rapper.

Lawyer Arsineh Aghakhani tells TMZ that she’s preparing the battery lawsuit, stating that her client reportedly suffered a dislocated jaw and a shoulder injury in the melee. For his part, TMZ says that Wayne has denied punching anyone, though he does say that there were words exchanged.

We all know that Tune has bodyguards to handle this sort of thing, so I highly doubt this is true, nor will it go anywhere. Hopefully.
