The New York cop who fatally shot a Brooklyn man during a traffic stop has not been placed on modified duty. He also has been stripped of his gun and badge. Wayne Isaacs shot his gun at Delrawn Small after they both stopped at a red light.
The gun shots hit Small in the chest, abdomen, and arm. He had been traveling with his girlfriend and two of his children when he collapsed in the street. Isaacs was off duty and driving home during the time of the incident.
