As of some of the rest of the country, people in Ferguson were protesting about some of the horrors that happened this week. Due to the protests, a country concert had to be postponed.
Since the protestors were upset about all the police killings that were happening this week, they decided to gather and protest. As a result of the protest, it cut short a performance by the county band ‘Diesel Island’. The concert took place on Ferguson City Walk which is a 10 block shopping area. The protest happened in the same area, eventually drowning out the concert.
After the concert, the protestors moved on to the police station where several of the protesters were arrested.
