Sean Kingston is now handing a lawsuit to Penthouse Nightclub He claims that they were in on their security beating him up and snatching his chain which costed him about $300k. Kingston says he was in VIP when security told him another guest in VIP wanted to speak to him. As he went to converse with that other guest, he says he was beat up and hit with a champagne bottle.
The cops were called to the venue but by then everyone had left. Kingston is suing Penthouse for a minimum of $900k.
