Business might be booming for Kylie Jenner, but customer satisfaction certainly isn’t. The Better Business Bureau reports that Kylie’s cosmetics company has racked up 137 customer complaints since its inception 9 months ago, from security breaches to packages getting stolen or broken into. Many people say they’ve never even heard back from customer service.

One of the biggest issues were damaged applicators, which a YouTube personality blew the lid on earlier this year, sparking an immediate reply and fix from Kylie and co. There are still issues though, as in just the last week alone, 10 people complained about service or delivery.
