Back in 2014, a woman by the name of Christina Chisholm embarrassed herself backstage at a 2 Chainz show, and he recorded it for the world to see. She was aware and consented to the taping, but later attempted to sue for slander after she got dragged online for her thotty behavior.

Last summer, a judge dismissed Chisolm’s defamation lawsuit, saying that calling someone a “THOT” does not rise to the level of “extreme or outrageous conduct.” So, she went back and attempted to sue the rapper for a second time for communicating threats, ethnic intimidation and extortion – claiming that 2 Chainz was threatening her in his song and video, “Watch Out.”

A judge has now dismissed that as well. Girl, give it up.
