The three-team trade involves the Hawks, Pacers and Utah Jazz.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Jeff Teague is going to the Pacers, George Hill is going to the Jazz and the Hawks will receive Utah’s No. 12 pick in this year’s draft.
Indiana reportedly has plans to work out a contract extension with Teague.
