Rozay claimed the duo stole the “everyday im shufflin” lyric from his 2006 smash “everyday im hustlin” lyric and tried to cash in on it. The judge eventually threw out the case in April, citing that Rozay did not have the proper copyright paperwork for the song, which was on his Port of Miami album. Now, Redfoo and Sky Blu are demanding Ross pay their legal fees for the 2 year court battling of $650,923.28.
We’ll see how the gavel slams this time.
