Royce talks about meeting Eminem back in 1997 at an Usher concert. Royce rocked the mic that night and Eminem later went up to him and quoted one of his lyrics. Royce even talks about it in one of his recent and most emotional songs (around 3:40)
Since then they’ve been tight but had a rough patch at some point, with D12 involved. Beef aside, he talks about being a hype man at Eminem’s shows and how Em used to have a bad temper. Royce says fighting fans was a like a “Another night at the office” haha.
