You don’t have to be in the music industry to know that everyone who touches a project, album, song, or whatever gets a piece of the pie. FlyLo feels that today’s producers are getting screwed more than ever, specifically Metro Boomin’.

FlyLo tweeted his passion for music justice over Twitter, trying to bring awareness to the lack of rights producers are getting:
“Very important to know your worth. To producers. When a rapper invites u to the studio and asks u to make beats on the spot.Tell them to pay your fee on the spot, cuz fuck that.”
“Lots of rappers genuinely think they doing us favors by f**kin w us. Hella rap artists are rape artists. Taking advantage of abilities thinking its a good look for us! Most my people behind the scenes is broke. Ain’t no reason why the homies shouldn’t be eating super well right now… We get f**ed w no vaseline.”
He than made an example out of the Metro Boomin and Future duo:
“If u ask me. It’s @MetroBoomin featuring @1future. He makes that shit what it is tbh.”
