Puff’s looking to make a pretty penny off his real estate investment, now lowering the price from it’s original $8.5 Million to $6.5 Mil.

After being put on the market in 2012 and not moving, Puff decided to drop the asking price a bit to finally sell the the 66th floor pad he bought for $3.82 Million in 2005. Puff put his touch on the three-bedroom space, now leaving the apartment consisting of two bedrooms and a wet bar instead of it’s original extra bathroom.
Business Insider cites celebrities such as Puff and Law & Order SVU actor Christopher Meloni started to sell their apartments from Park Imperial once new buildings were built and covered views of the city and the Hudson River.
