People are outraged at the poor sentencing for the convicted rapist Brock Turner who was originally sentenced six months in prison that decreased to three months. Well, Melanie Hexen who identifies herself as a witch and her brood could not come to terms with his sentencing.
Brock Turner, 22 year old Stanford swimmer was convicted of rape and sentenced to six months, which later decreased on Thursday to three months in prison.
Melanie Hexen, who is identified as a witch amongst many other things banded with over 1,000 people and her hood in order to put a hex on Turner.
She believed that it was her duty to bring together a community of women who believed Turner should have deserved a harsher sentence.
“I think it really struck a chord with a lot of women as a way to feel like they had some power in this situation,” Hexen told U.S. News. “That there was something they could do, some way they could come together and focus their rage and their need for justice that wasn’t being met.”
Hexen posted a sample hex on her Facebook event page from Tuesday night which read:
“Brock Allen Turner we hex you. You will be impotent. You will know constant pain of pine needles in your guts. Food will bring you no sustenance. In water, your lungs will fail you. Sleep will only bring nightmares. Shame will be your mantle. You will meet justice.”
Hexen is known to be an extremely powerful witch, in which she expects this hex to be successful.
