Chris Brown got to know Amsterdam police very well Friday night after being pulled over in the Red Light District. According to police, they seen that Brown’s bike did not have a license plate and Chris wasn’t wearing a helmet.

Chris Brown is infamous for being a R&B bad boy and it seems as if he is always making headlines for things that are negative. Although Chris was stopped by Amsterdam police he wasn’t arrested and in fact, cops had Brown follow them to the police station to pay his fine. After his fine was paid he was free to leave but cops and Brown had to take a quick flick first.
