Matthew Fulks is now suing the Queen B for allegedly copying his indie short film. He claims a lot of the scenery used in Beyonce’s ‘Lemonade’ resembles scenery in his film ‘Palinoia.’ Fulks says he found atleast nine similarities between his film and Beyonce’s minuet long trailer.
If you take a look at the screen shots of the similarities, you can kind of see where Fulks is going with this. There is a few eye brow raisers in the comparison of the two videos. I just think Beyonce was inspired not necessarily trying to copy. This is not the first time Beyonce has been sued for ‘copying’ other films.
Back in February, Director Abteen Bagheri and producer Chris Black accused Beyonce of using footage from their short film, ‘The Beat.’ Beyonce’s people responded by saying they had the necessary permits needed to use the footage.
