As everybody should be aware, depression isn’t something that should be taken lightly. When a man decided he had enough with life and wanted to commit suicide, he was bribed with one of his favorite foods, tacos.
The police in Mexico City were able to save a suicidal man with bribing him with tacos. The police found this man Thursday morning prepared to take his own life by jumping off the bridge. He wanted to take is life because he was reportedly “lonely and depressed in Mexico City”. At the time he was drunk, the police were able to talk him off the ledge with some food and invited him out to eat.
Video shows them speaking in Spanish and the man said he was craving some tacos. The officer of course laughs and tells him not to worry because he’s treating him. After they ate the tacos he was bought, he was brought to a mental health facility where he is being treated for his depression.
Please do not take depression lightly, if you see it, act on it.
