As I wrote earlier, it was reported by TMZ that Chris Brown stomped a fan out during a concert. He has since made a video defending these accusations.

Chris Brown says he intact didn’t stomp out the fan that night in Cannes. He said no fans were hit by him, however he did explain on how the security had assaulted him that night. You can watch the video below.
