When Stephen Jackson was in the NBA, he was a no nonsense player. Just see videos from the “Malice at the Palace” when he and Ron Artest were in the crowd throwing punches at fans in Detroit to get an idea of how he was. Luckily for the racist sounding guy in this story, Jackson is no longer that same guy or there might have been a serious problem at the gym a couple days ago.

Jackson starts off by saying he was at the gym earlier this week and heard two white guys talking about the gorilla that was killed at a zoo in Ohio this week after a 4 year old child managed to fall into the pit where the gorilla was.
At first he isn’t paying the conversation any mind but then he heard one of the men say ‘What, they shot Serena? Oh, Serena got shot?’ clearly trying to be disrespectful by comparing Serena to the gorilla. He contemplated saying something and then he decided to let them know nothing about that was funny. I’ll let him tell you better.
Like he said at the end, you never know who is listening and everything isn’t always a joke.
