Players from the Cleveland Cavaliers decided to pass on buying tickets for game one of the NBA finals for their friends and family because they felt the Warriors and Oracle arena were trying to put the squeeze on them. The players were reportedly not only upset with the price but also the location of where the seats would be.

The Warriors wanted to charge Cavs players $1300 per ticket for last night’s game, although the team considered that a discount since it is $300 less per ticket than what season ticket holders pay.

The same offer will apply for game two which will likely result in Cavs players passing again. Last year the same seats for the team were roughly half of this years price.

The Warriors are under no obligation to give fair prices to the opponents as they want their own fans to take up as many seats as possible but the Cavs could obviously return the favor for games three and four.
