Back in February, rapper Jay Rock was involved in a nasty motorcycle accident. He was forced to undergo surgery and it was quite a set-back on the music he was working on, but thankfully, he’s fully recovered and back at it again.

While at the Soundset festival in Minnesota over the weekend, Jay spoke with Sway In The Morning’s Nicky Geezy, and opened up about the life-threatening moment.

“I broke my leg and cracked my pelvis,” he said. “But as you can see, it only took me a couple weeks to get back out here because you can’t bring a strong one down.”
