Big spender…Drake’s new mansion that is reportedly in the works of being built in his beloved hometown Toronto, is apparently so big that the City Council will have to meet over the size of the 21,000 square foot property.
Drizzy purchased the 2 acre property for $6 million and has recruited architect Ferris Rafauli, the one behind the design of Drake’s exclusive space inside the Air Canada Centre. In the well off neighborhood of Bridle Path, a number of power businessmen and musicians also coincide, and have yet to issue any concerns.
A hearing is scheduled to take place on May 26 regarding minor construction exemptions because mostly everything is larger than the current laws allow.
