In the wake of Kanye West’s latest album “The Life Of Pablo“, a producer says he filed the lawsuit because he wasn’t payed enough by the Yeezy’s designer according to reports.
But according to sources the rapper was given permission to use the sample from Gabor Presser,
a composer from Hungaria did a deal with Ye so he could use the musicians work.
The problem is, the rapper was supposed to follow up and drill down on some of the terms of the agreement, but he never did.
But instead, Kanye released “New Slaves” on Yeezus in 2013 and consequently being sued.
In the video below is the Hungarian composer Gabor Presser’s song that Kanye Reportedly used for the “New Slaves” track.
