Yup. Ice Cube has cashed in on famed martial-arts fighter Jean Claude Van Damme’s $10 Million Marina Del Rey, California mansion! The listing was originally going for the reported $10 Million and Cube got it for $7.5 Million after it had been on the market for some time.
According to the LA Times, Cube’s new pad was built in 2011 and boasts three stories, which has 11 bedrooms, a gym, home theater, glass elevator, and a rooftop deck with swimming pool, looking over views of the city and the ocean.
Not bad for the legend.
