I said it before and I will say it again. Either Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor are in the midst of the biggest troll job ever with sports fans or the idea of this fight is getting serious. The back and forth comments from both fighters seem to be flying faster than Floyd’s punches at this stage but there is still so much skepticism about it actually going down that it’s hard to take serious.

Floyd was on hand last night to watch the fight between Tabiti & Tapia, where of course he was the center of attention and was asked about fighting again, as well as fighting McGregor.
“Do I think the fight will happen? Absolutely” Floyd said in regards to McGregor
Floyd then surprising showed alot of respect towards Conor, praising his hand skills and saying he is a stand up guy.
Floyd made sure to mention there hasn’t been any money talks just yet, because we all know he is about that money. The only real roadblock to the fight becoming real is the fact that it would likely be a boxing match. Floyd is WAY too skilled for McGregor in a boxing match, which means he would need a long time to get ready to fight someone like Floyd in his own type of game. That timing could be a problem to actually make the fight happen while Floyd is still in a position to fight.
All the talk from Dana White will go out the window once he realizes he would likely see a chunk of that money as well considering McGregor is still signed to UFC.
At this point, your guess is as good as mine.
