No matter where he goes, Chris Brown just can’t seem to get along with his neighbors! (There’s an example here…and here…and here…and here…)

Breezy just moved into the neighborhood of Tarzana last year, and he’s already at odds with the community. TMZ reports that last night, Breezy and a friend were riding all over on their ATVs, doing doughnuts, running up on a few lawns and more. Not only were the ATVs loud, but there were kids playing in the street as well, and when one angry neighbor threatened to call the cops on Chris, he reportedly replied, “F*ck you and f*ck the cops.”

The cops were called but Chris had returned home by then, so they paid him a visit there. However, the person who answered said Chris would not come to the door, and if they had a problem, they should call his lawyer.

TMZ says they cops plan to go to the L.A. City Attorney and recommend prosecution for the crime of disturbing the peace. They also say that neighbors have been complaining of non-stop noise at night and “gangbangers coming in and out of his house,” so that should add to the complaint.
