Although several states already have it is one form or another, and the seemingly demand for all the sates(the feds) to go all the way up with legalization, at least one member of the Catholic church is not happy! Bishop Thomas Tobin of Rhode Island has become vocal about the ‘vibe’ weed smokers put out…

Actually, the bishop talked with a ‘business man’ that took a trip to Colorado, and HE(the business man) ‘didn’t like the Zombie vibe’, and since Tobin has admitted that he’s never tried Marijuana, he doesn’t exactly know WTF he’s talking about.

Look, he thinks this is a concern:

“We just had an incident in Providence that exemplifies the concern,” Tobin wrote. “An individual was found smoking pot…in the back of our Cathedral…during the 10:00 Mass.”

Talking as if there was a body on the step ?. The thing is Rhode Island is on track to add Trees to the state income, and the states that have it are praising it ‘High’ly;

“The thing we’re going to watch over the future is whether or not normalization of marijuana usage and perception of harm goes down and whether that’s going to have an impact long-term with youth,”

says Andrew Freedman, Director of Marijuana Coordination in Colorado, and don’t get it ‘twisted’, Freedman isn’t just popping off, he’s actually talking to lawmakers in Rhode Island about THEIR plans to legalize weed. In response to the Bishops ‘Zombie-like’ statement, Freedman says:

“It’s generally people who were using marijuana in the unregulated system who’ll be the opening people who use it in the regulated system,” “So don’t expect to see Rhode Island to look massively different the day after legalization than it did the day before.”

Will Rhode Island actually be a key state for the rest of the country ‘going legal’?! Or just another State to flip?!?
