Outrage spread after photos and videos of Lamar Odom’s time in the hospital after a near fatal drug overdose, was shown on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Now of course that footage couldn’t be shown without his permission and a new report says he wanted them on there.
Khloe Kardashian shot a bunch of photos and videos of Odom on life support and during his recovery. Odom signed off on them appearing on the hit reality show.
TV cameras of course weren’t allowed in the ICU area but Khloe got the footage by using her cellphone. Sources close to production tell TMZ, Khloe took the images so she could “share with him his progress when he got better.”
Apparently when Lamar got better, Khloe showed them to him and HE decided he wanted them on the show.
Some say Khloe swooped back into his life just to get this footage and bought him a house near to her for the story line. Others say Lamar desperately wants to appease Khloe, hoping she’ll stay with him. And then there’s the theory that Odom wants the money. Aside from their diehard fans, public opinion on the Kardashians isn’t too great.
In any event, Odom is a grown man and appears to be of sound mind now so any decisions made are his own.
