The entire world was shocked at the passing of the legend that is Prince. After his passing there seemed to be some controversy within his estate, mostly stemming from the fact that Prince left no will. His estate attempts to lessen the confusion by making a move that will help to distinguish the honesty of alleging heirs to prince. This move is made possible by Minnesota’s Judge Kevin Eide ruling on Princes DNA. With the ruling in effect; permission is granted to Bremer Trust of St. Cloud to send Princes blood in for DNA testing. This ruling is motivated by recent claims of different people claiming to be heirs to Prince. Tied along with this judgement is the ruling which gives only four months to all claims against the legend’s estate. That means all claims of any kind against the Prince estate must be filed within four months to be considered at all. Hopefully these rulings can help to restore some order and allow the family and friends of Prince to mourn in peace.
