Well we know how Beyonce fared this week and how Drake is supposed to do, now we get the official numbers for how A$AP Ferg’s sophomore album, Always Strive & Prosper, opened up in it’s first week.
Despite all the big numbers that have been thrown around in the past 2 weeks, A$AP Ferg’s project unfortunately does not join the conversation. Although a slight improvement from his 2013 debut album Trap Lord doing 32,000 in it’s opening week, his following record opens at No. 8 with 35,000 units, sales plus streaming.
Facing the starpower sales of Drake & Beyonce just isn’t what the doctor ordered for Ferg. But his hardcore fan base really doesn’t care.
