After debuting for the 6th time at number one on the Billboard 200 charts, Beyonce’s official first week sales for her “Lemonade” album are in. Check the numbers after the jump.
Beyonce moved around 653,000 equivalent album units, with 485,000 accounted for through pure album sales, in her first week, beating projections by 53,000 units. Pretty solid and unsurprising numbers for Bey.
The numbers are clearly set to go higher with the mystery of who is Becky with the good hair? still driving everyone crazy and her embarking on her Formation tour.
